The LoRaWAN Microwave Radar Distance Sensor (MRD Series) uses 80 GHz radar technology to measure distance with ±20 mm accuracy in conditions that defeat ultrasonic and optical sensors. Dust, steam, condensation, humidity — this sensor reads through them all. Choose from three range models — MRD-03 (3 m), MRD-12 (12 m), or MRD-25 (25 m) — each with 1 mm resolution and a narrow 7.6° beam angle for precise, focused measurement. No contact with the target surface. No moving parts. No maintenance.

Each MRD-Series sensor ships pre-provisioned to connect to the Kibitron platform out of the box.
