LoRaWAN Commercial Water Leak Sensor

The LoRaWAN Commercial Water Leak Sensor delivers reliable, low-maintenance leak detection for commercial and residential spaces. Powered by two CR123A batteries (2–10 years of runtime* based on reporting frequency), it instantly reports any water intrusion between its three adjustable metal probes to the Kibitron platform. Simply place the IP65-rated sensor on the floor—no mounting required. When moisture bridges the probes, the sensor sounds an onboard audible alarm and sends an immediate LoRaWAN uplink (configurable per event or periodic). Track leak counts and durations, receive email/SMS alerts, and update firmware remotely via over-the-air commands. A magnetic switch activates the device, and its sealing ring ensures long-term protection in damp environments.
